What is Photochromic? |
Photochromic lenses change from light to dark in different sunlight conditions. Spotters' Penetrator™ Lens allows 49% of the visible light transmission (VLT) in dim sunlight... and darkens in brighter light to allow 20% visible light transmission (VLT).
When the sunlight dims again (for example, the sun goes behind a cloud), the Penetrator lightens to the perfect tint, instantly.
