Vehicle's
front tires are positioned on VIS-Check Wear Detection Plates.
A hydraulic jack lifts some weight off of the front axle. The
plates move front to back and side to side. VIS-Check allows
the technician to observe the dynamic condition and integrity of: |

* Engine & Chassis Mounts
* Wheel Bearing Movement |

rear axle tires are positioned between the VIS-Check rollers. VIS-Check

rear drive axle tires are positioned on the VIS-Check Wear Detection
Plates. A hydraulic jack lifts some weight off of the inspected
axle. The plates move front to back and side to side.

VIS-Check
machine operator prints out detailed brake performance graphs and
reports for all wheel positions. The technician prepares a complete
vehicle status report and makes recommendations based on the performance
reports and dynamic visual inspections |
