Reservoir
- Both series loaders come with a 38
gallon reservoir with baffles
Filters
- Suction-reusable 100 mesh. Two
(2)Return-Double-Length 10 micron filters are mounted in reservoir
with easily changed throwaway elements.
Pumps -
BI-rotational gear-type pumps have dual hydraulic circuitry and
operate at 1200 RPM. The dual circuitry allows more then one
function to be operated simultaneously. Tandem 2" gears
provide 28 and 28 GPM.
Control Valves
- Valves are stack-type and feature
integral main relief, port relief, and anti-cavitation valves. It
also includes joy stick control levers.
Operating Pressures
- All hydraulic systems operate at 2,000
PSI.
Hoses -
All pressure hoses are double-wire-braided. Hydraulic tubing is
used on areas where flexing is not required.
Frame Structure
- Cylindrical tube constructed of high
strength 5/16" T-1 material.
Swing -
Planetary swing drive gearbox with a turntable bearing. Fail-safe
type swing parking brake is also included.
Operator's Platform
- Features steel flooring and leg guard
for safety.
Ladder
- Mounted on both sides for easy access
to platform. |
